General Bloom/Beam Blank Machine Configuration
Continuous Casting is the process whereby molten steel is solidified into a "semifinished" billet, bloom, or slab for subsequent rolling in the finishing mills. Prior to the introduction of Continuous Casting in the 1950s, steel was poured into stationary molds to form "ingots". Since then, "continuous casting" has evolved to achieve improved yield, quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
Erection & Installation of SMS plant :
We undertake jobs of erection of the Steel melting shop uses induction furnaces and EAF (Electric Arc Furnace) or Induction Furnace to continuously produce billets using a continuous caster. Process control devices, temperature controlling and maintaining controllers and automation systems are installed in to produce the high quality billets and blooms.
